Medical claim

Flood event
If your property has ever been affected by a flood, it is almost certain the restoration contractor didn't provide a certificate of decontamination and or drying. From our investigations over many years we usually find properties still contaminated, have hidden or visible damage markers and often have associated health hazards even years after the event. With the need to declare this type of event to perspective purchasers you may consider a claim against the contractors and or the insurers that nominated them.
