We provide technical analysis to support surveyor’s investigations into construction failure. These failures may be due  to design or construction issues and may require either or both intrusive and non intrusive investigation or simple assesment of design parameters.

Non Intrusive inspection may involve the use of Minnesota blower doors creating negative or positive pressure to the area coupled to trace gas or chemical smoke to identify leakage points. Thermal imaging techniques are used together with various laboratory analyses to identify complex moisture ingress or heat transfer issues. Mould genus and water content analysis can assist in focusing investigations on leaks and condensation issues.
